Please make sure that each team member who wishes to train brings along the correct kit:

Boots or Trainers (dependant on whether training inside or out)

Shin Pads

Track suit or training trousers and tops for the winter months

Please remove all jewellery

Please bring refreshment

Note: If correct kit is not worn team members may not be able to take part in certain training or game activities.  Please see your coach for further details.

The Panthers train on Fridays between 6pm and 7pm at Moneyhole Lane Playing Fields, Sylvan Way, Welwyn Garden City.
