Absolutely agree. Love the food, especially the basics (serranno ham and manchego) but the service makes me and several of my friends from going back……and having been to Spain many times, I can tell you service over there comes with a smile..

Curious to know if you have been inside or outside? I understand no one's eating outside during the winter, but I've always found that my service has been substantially better when seated outside at Mas.

A number of people have said the same, which always surprises me. We've had a couple of unsmiling servers over the years, but even then they were reasonably attentive. Maybe we just keep lucking into the good ones. Either way, it's a shame that anyone is having such experiences alongside such great food!

Love love LOVE the food at Mas. I'm surprised though to find that y'all emphasize the good service there. Each of 5+ times we've been there in the last 2 years we've found the service to be categorically snarky, inattentive and often downright insulting.

i went to mas 4 times in 12 days last time i was in town & it still wasn't enough.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh, Mas. What a wonderful place. There are so many great things I can say about this restaurant. One is that they keep so many of the great items on the menu, but they also keep the menu fresh with new items. I also love the atmosphere and they do a great job of making sure you have a drink in your hand if you are waiting which is a huge plus.
