I'd go with either the Giocanda or the Da Vinci, depending on how meaty you're feeling that day. Of the two, I probably prefer the Da Vinci, but that may be because I have a soft spot for sopresatta.

Good to know about the sandwiches! And also good to know that the pasta is not known to independently induce trips to the ER. I've been meaning to try them. Is there one you recommend in particular?

Their sandwiches are also delicious. But you're right… their pasta is phenomenal. I once ended up in the ER because of that pasta… and I still go back for more. (To clarify, the ER trip was due to clumsiness + boiling water. No fault of the pasta itself)
